Data that you provide independently of a contract with or without a profile with Pug&Duck for one-time participation in a competition will be processed by us exclusively for the proper execution of the competition (determination, notification and dispatch of the prize). The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR through your consent to our conditions of participation and the associated consent to the necessary use of data. If you contact us via our contact form or by e-mail, we will store the data transmitted by you in order to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in processing inquiries from users of our website or interested parties.
2.2.12 Data protection for applications and in the application process
We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant application@pugandduck.de corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail to. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the processing of the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a), c) or f) GDPR. 2.3 Disclosure of data
Your data will be transferred to the postal sender DHL for order processing. In addition, data is forwarded to the corresponding payment service when paying. We are also obliged to forward the data to the tax office or other authorities if necessary due to various legal regulations.
2.4 Deletion of data
