Shipment

We ship with DHL Premium and Deutsche Post, every shipment has a tracking number. Orders are processed on the day they are received.

shipping time: within Germany 1 - 2 days, Switzerland and Austria 2-3 days. shipping time: within Europe 2 - 6 days.
shipping time: Worldwide and overseas 6 - 14 days.

Shipping costs for a shipment up to 1 KG: within Germany, Switzerland and Austria: free of charge.

Shipping costs for a shipment up to 1 KG: within Europe 6 - 8 euros.
Shipping costs for a shipment up to 1 KG: Worldwide/Overseas 13 - 15 euros.

Important: DHL has increased the shipping rates again in 2024, we have not: we will cover the difference.
